I’m Tom Silver, born in Innsbruck, living in Vienna. I’ve been DJing for over thirty years. It started in my teenage bedroom, with two second-hand Technics 1210s. A whole year of practice until a mix stopped feeling like a stumbling stone.
At twenty I joined the Austria DJ Team. 1998 was the first time abroad — Italy and Switzerland. 2004: four years residency at the Babenberger Passage in Vienna, with Volksgarten, P1 and Das Fritz alongside. Stages shared with Mark Knight, Benny Benassi, Global Deejays and once even Timbaland. Releases on labels in London, Bologna, Las Vegas. Some still stand up, others not so much.

These past few years I’ve been a lot on Malta — Café del Mar and Beefbar. When I’m not on the road I sit in my studio in Vienna and build samples and presets. That is Zingerle Audio. Everything made by hand, no AI, no third-party loops. Rather a few packs that I actually use myself.
